      I added a sentence on explicitly opting in to email notifications under section 1. From what I read I think we may need this in there for legal reasons.
      "If you create an account on the Website, you are explicitly authorizing the Forum to send you emails regarding forum activity and updates. You may opt out of most email notifications at any time."

      Also, the Groups page lists which accounts have admin/mod privileges. Since it's tied to the forum software, it will update automatically.

      @Psephomancy In my opinion, it's very important to account scrupulously for any money handled.

      I have not done quite all the work by myself. Others researched and drafted and reviewed the legaleze we publish, designed the look of the home page, and came up with the overall concept.
